Poster Guidelines

Poster Size and Layout

The maximum poster size is A0 size portrait:
Height 1,189 mm (46.8 inches), Width 841 mm (33.1 inches).

Mounting, Presentation, and Removal

A poster board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push pins will be provided in the Lounge, 4F of the ICReDD building.

Poster presenters should post their presentations on their assigned boards on
*Thursday, August 29th from 9:30 to 12:30.
Please note that Poster Presenters will not be allowed to set-up their posters prior to the on-site registration opening at 9:30.

Presenters are expected to be by their boards during the poster session:
*Thursday, August 29th from 13:00 to 14:00.
Check the program here.

After the poster session, posters must be removed by Thursday, August 29th, 17:00.
Posters not removed will be discarded.
