Poster Size and Layout

The maximum poster size is A0 size portrait:
Height 1,189 mm (46.8 inches), Width 841 mm (33.1 inches).

Mounting, Presentation, and Removal

A poster board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push pins will be provided in the Small Lecture Hall.

Posters can be set up on their assigned boards during the following periods:
*Tuesday, Jul 29th from 14:30 to 16:00.
*Wednesday, Jul 30th from 08:15 to 16:30.

Presenters are expected to be by their boards during the poster session:
*Wednesday, July 30th from 17:00 to 18:30.

After the poster session, posters must be removed by Thursday, July 31st, 12:00.
Posters not removed will be discarded.
