Poster Size and Layout

The maximum poster size is A0 size portrait:
Height 1,189 mm (46.8 inches), Width 841 mm (33.1 inches).

Mounting, Presentation, and Removal

A poster board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push pins will be provided in the Small Lecture Hall.

Posters can be set up on their assigned boards on
*XXXX, YYYYYth from WWWW to ZZZZ.
Please note that Poster Presenters will not be allowed to set-up their posters prior to the on-site registration opening at 8:20.

Presenters are expected to be by their boards during the poster session:
*XXXX, YYYY from WWWW to ZZZZ.

After the poster session, posters must be removed by XYZ, ABC, 123.
Posters not removed will be discarded.
