Poster Size and Layout

The maximum poster size is A0 size portrait:
Height 1,189 mm (46.8 inches), Width 841 mm (33.1 inches).

Mounting, Presentation, and Removal

A poster board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push pins will be provided in the Open Cafe, FMI Building, 2F.

Poster presenters should post their presentations on their assigned boards on
*Wednesday, October 23rd from 8:30 to 12:50.
Please note that Poster Presenters will not be allowed to set-up their posters prior to the on-site registration opening at 8:30.

Presenters are expected to be by their boards during the poster session:
*Wednesday, October 23rd from 13:00 to 15:00.

After the poster session, posters must be removed by Thursday, October 24th, 10:00.
Posters not removed will be discarded.
