Poster Guidelines

Poster Size and Layout

The maximum poster size is A0 size portrait:
Height 1,189 mm (46.8 inches), Width 841 mm (33.1 inches).

Mounting, Presentation, and Removal

A poster board, a sign indicating your paper number, and push pins will be provided in the Foyer (exhibition hall), Frontier Research in Applied Sciences Building, 2F.

Poster presenters should post their presentations on their assigned boards on
*Sunday, September 10th from 8:30 to 14:00.
Please note that Poster Presenters will not be allowed to set-up their posters prior to the on-site registration opening at 8:30.

Presenters are expected to be by their boards during the poster session:
*Sunday, September 10th from 14:30 to 16:00.

After the poster session, posters must be removed by Monday, September 11th, 13:00.
Posters not removed will be discarded.
