About the Research
Research Theme
Development of new reactions using transition-metal catalysis.
Keyword
transition-metal catalyst, C–H bond activation
Research Outline
C–H bond activation enables the direct transformation of otherwise inert C–H bonds into functional groups, offering an efficient route for molecular modification without pre-functionalization. Transition-metal catalysis plays a key role in achieving site-selective and high-efficiency C–H transformations, with broad applications in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and functional materials. We are working on the development of novel C–H bond transformation reactions at ICReDD.
