Research Theme

Integrating Machine Learning in Informatics Tools Development for Data-Driven Science

Keyword

Machine Learning, Chemoinformatics, Data Science, Drug Discovery

Research Outline

My research focused on using machine learning and literature data mining to predict the potential toxicity or activity of specific nanoparticles or small molecules. Now, I am actively seeking new opportunities and collaborations to further my career in data-driven science. Specifically, I am exploring various machine learning principles and techniques like sequential model-based optimization, geometric deep learning, and image-based deep learning for data-driven scientific research. The core objective is to integrate machine learning methodologies into the development of computational tools. These tools are designed to assist scientists in analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful insights, particularly in domains such as drug discovery and chemistry.
