ICReDD Associate Professor Andrey Lyalin received HPC Innovation Excellence Award

ICReDD Associate Professor Andrey Lyalin was selected for the 17th round of HPC Innovation Excellence Awards, organized by Hyperion Research, a globally recognized industry analyst and market intelligence firm covering high performance computing (HPC), AI, cloud, quantum, and associated emerging markets.

Professor Lyalin was recognized for research he performed at ICReDD related to the computational prediction of a variety of unique materials for catalysis, energy conversion, and storage applications which were then experimentally confirmed. The award also recognized his work in the development of novel computational methods in quantum chemistry, materials informatics, and machine learning that can be used to discover further materials for energy and environmental applications.
