On February 3rd, Ms. Helen Smith, Deputy Head of Mission to Japan and Ms. Marie-Louise Taylor, Science and Innovation Counsellor of British Embassy Tokyo, led a delegation that visited ICReDD and exchanged views on the possibility of scientific and technological exchange between the United Kingdom and Japan.
