Mechanochemical Synthesis of Organic Molecules
Mechanochemistry, organometallic reagents, zerovalent metal activation
The formation of novel organometallic compounds by the reaction of organic substrates with metal represents a powerful tool for the synthetic chemist. However, conventional solution-based strategies often require pre-activation of metal under harsh conditions. My research is mainly focused on the activation of metal elements through mechanochemical technique and explore their application to organic synthesis.
