研究概要
I have been working on the development of transition-metal catalyzed asymmetric C–H bond activation/functionalization to enable the construction of compounds with three-dimensional structural diversity. In particular, I am greatly interested in the elaboration of transformative synthetic strategies that circumvent challenges in the activation of C(sp3)–H bonds. Inspired by the efficiency of enzymes in enabling such challenging transformations, my ultimate dream is to create highly competent synthetic catalysts that can facilitate similar reactivities in a sustainable, green, and atom-economical manner.
