World-class researchers are coming from WPI!
WPI stands for World Premier International Research Center Initiative, and there are 13 WPI centers across the country. As the name suggests, it is an assembly of the world’s top researchers. In December, these researchers will talk about their research, career paths, and visions for the future at a WPI event.
But please don’t think too rigidly about it. Have you ever wonderd, “What kind of profession is a researcher?” “What does the latest research look like?” or “What kind of high school life did the researchers have?” We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to clear up your doubts.
From ICReDD, Dr. Nobuya Tsuji will give a talk at Parallel Session 1: “Connecting with the WORLD: Materials for the FUTURE” [Materials, Energy, Environment, and Chemistry].
