On January 4th (Tue), a delegation from the University of Tsukuba’s Digital Nature Group －Associate Prof. Yoichi Ochiai, Assistant Prof. Tatsuki Fushimi (Faculty of Library, Information and Media Science), and Mr. Yusuke Koroyasu (Fourth year student, College of Media Arts, School of Informatics)－ visited ICReDD Associate Professor Yuuya Nagata’s lab to see the lab’s automated chemical synthesis system.
This system automates a series of processes in research and development and enables rapid verification of new chemical reactions.
During the visit, Prof. Nagata explained about the equipment along with the representative from AMR, Inc. and gave detailed examples of its practical use in the lab.
